Important Coverage Information

Collateral Protection (CP) coverage is included as part of your vehicle payment. To remain eligible for CP benefits, CP premiums must be paid and your account must meet the coverage requirements outlined in your Collateral Protection Agreement.

If your account is delinquent or CP premiums have not been paid, your claim may be denied. Submission of a claim does not guarantee coverage. All claims are subject to review and verification of eligibility based on the terms and conditions of the Collateral Protection Agreement.

Any person who knowingly provides false, incomplete, or misleading information in connection with a claim may be subject to denial of benefits and applicable civil or criminal penalties.
